Update: I've marked this down 1 star after having about 9 months. The reason being is because the light recently went out. My daughter was in the middle of using it and it just went dark and the outlet didn't work. She was soo upset because she loves this thing.So I contacted customer service because it was still under warranty. They responded promptly and we went back and forth troubleshooting. It got to where after my husband took off the back cover to look for loose wires, as they said to do, that they said they were going to send me a new dimmer with instructions on how to install it. Luckily my husband has knowledge about electronics and his thought was it had to be the power cord. So he went out and bought a new one for a few bucks, exchanged it and ta-da, it worked! My daughter was ecstatic.I want to say the seller was great, they responded promptly to my messages and really tried to help. 5 stars to them.So then why the deduction to 4 stars you ask? The manufacturer. The whole reason for all this going back and forth and the suggestion of the new dimmer was the manufacturer was telling the seller this. In my opinion, this was still under warranty so they should've taken it back and sent a new one. They can then go to the trouble of repairing it. They should not expect the customer to do it!So be aware that it could go out and if it does, they may expect you to troubleshoot. Keep in mind they may not be right and that the power cord may be at fault.This thing is really nice and boy is it bright. My daughter uses only the lights on it to light her room up most of the time. The mirror is plenty big enough to see yourself. Came packaged very well. Oh, be aware this thing is actually pretty heavy.Only gripe would be putting it together. The instructions aren't great and trying to understand one part was hard. It took us forever to figure out which direction the base got attached. Once we got that everything else was fine.This is awesome. What a great purchase. Fits on the ikea Alex drawers with an ikea topper and looks large compared to other versionsThis was perfect for my daughters vanity who is 8.I thought long and hard on deciding on which one to get!!My reason for grabbing this one was the screw bulbs so if one went out it was easy to replace instead of the wired ones.It comes with 1 outlet plug in on the left sideOn the right is a turn know to adjust the brightness and it delivers, trust meAnd the baseWe have hers setting on the Alex table top and drawers from ikea, she has room on each side of the mirror to set things ( mine does not, what I have is below)Purchased this for her for Xmas, she had no clue.Now i do have one as well in my room but mine came from vanity impressions loaded with bluetoothspeakers, 2 outlets 2 usb plugins, and dimmer,We have the same size ikea table top and Alex drawers from ikea but my mirror is alot wider and taller ....Pay close attention to the sizes when purchasing ...Best to get ur drawers and stuff first so u know size of ur foundation , then decide on the mirror..Happy hunting but this was the perfect size great qaulityThis was something that I shouldn't have bought, because it was $300 and I'm stupid, but oh my god, no regrets. I LOVE IT. I'm screaming in real life every time I use the caps, OKAY?The on/off/dimmer switch has this amazing click that is so satisfying.The brightness can go from "this seems about right" to "MOTHER OF GOD, THE RAPTURE HATH COME AND MY MAKEUP LOOKS FABULOUS!", if that helps.I've done some research on whether or not I can legally adopt this mirror, just to ensure that I can do an amber alert if someone steals it, but so far everyone I've asked has been a real jerk about it, so whatever.Just do it. You want it. It's magnificent. Yeah, it's too much money, but you could DIE TOMORROW and then you will have never done your makeup in sweet, sweet, Hollywood-lit splendor.Okay, so, pros:It's amazing and I love it and sometimes I wake up just to make sure that my daughter is breathing and that my mirror is still there.Cons: SHUT UP! Okay, it's a little heavy, sorry delivery guy, I didn't choose the third floor life, it chose me.Also I'm having a hard time leaving it alone.Also, my daughter may love it more than she loves me, now, but who can BLAME her, okay?Plus, my house is now way cooler than her dad's, so really, that's a pro.Also, super easy to put together. I used a power drill, but I'm hardcore that way.I did a lot of research when picking which mirror I wanted to get my wife. I ended up choosing this one and I can confidently say I made the right choice! The lights get so bright it can light up our whole bedroom! The turn knob is very easy to use to adjust the brightness. The attached base makes it easy to place anywhere! Can’t beat this mirror for the price!This is a gorgeous mirror and the price makes it perfect. Shopped around and found many over-priced mirrors that were basically the same. The size is great, it is very sturdy and the lights are very bright. One other reason I love it is that the LED bulbs are replaceable because everything stops working or eventually breaks and the ability to replace parts is a must. The packaging was done well to protect from the shipping process and setup was less than ten minutes.Solid and beautiful qualityAs good as other reviewers say. We surprised our daughter for her 21st with the classic Ikea dressing table with the glass top. This matches perfectly with a lovely high gloss finish, and it's really heavy. Dimmer works perfectly as does the plug on side which is a fab idea. I'd spent ages looking at hollywood mirrors for much more, we spent the over £100 difference on make up voucher. I'm so pleased we did, this mirror I think is great value for money and looks way better in real life. Daughter is over the moon.Plus it came much quicker than stated. Ordered 9th came 11th and we were quoted 16th to 21st. So really quick delivery. I want one too!Fantastic Mirror, it looks amazing on my ikia dressing table. Service was brilliant, the best I've had on Amazon. I emailed the day before ordering and got a response straight away. Mirror arrived within 24-48 hours of ordering. Not only did I receive 14 free light bulbs they also threw in a couple of spare light bulbs at no extra charge.
