I’ve had this mirror for almost a year I think, I love it, it fits great in my bathroom and gives it additional brightness to our space. What I never realized was that the brightness was adjustable I thought my mirror was broken for weeks!!It’s a nice mirror and it works great and all that.Took one star off because it doesn’t have a flush style plug. It’s like a regular lamp cord plug. If your outlet is behind the mirror, the mirror will need to be spaced off the wall the distance of the plug or you’ll need a recessed to outlet.The back of the mirror is flat, no recessed space to accommodate the plug.I bought one and loved it. It is not the first LED mirror I've bought, I bought 4 more before that one from another company. They were put together sloppily and I had to return 2 of them. With Bonnlo Led Dimmable Bathroom Mirror LED Lighted Wall Mounted Mirror it starts with the packing, of which is superior. Then the mirror it self was put together very well and work very well. I liked it so much I bought 2 more for another project. About 4 weeks after I received the last 2, I wrote the supplier and told them there was a chip on one of the corners. I told them I believed it was my fault but wanted to know if they would sell me just the mirror or exchange mine at cost. They asked me to send them a picture which I did, without a discussion they offered to replace it. Incredible, you rarely see that kind of support these days. They've got my business for life.All I can tell you is to look around, most mirrors of equal size and quality costs 30% to100% more and who knows how good their support is.Mirror arrived today. Based on description from seller was expecting some kind of breakage. Surprised nothing was wrong! Very well packaged!Mirror has a longish cord with plug in on the back side. Plugged in to wall outlet to test function before mounting. Takes a few seconds from the time its plugged in for the button to function. Worked as described, hold button for dimmer or brighter. Lighting is not exactly even all the way around. Is a little dim in the corners.Has a separate button for the defogger. This was a selling point for me as many of them are on at all times.Mounting hardware is provided, though there is no template. Mounted mirror longest side up. Measured for mounting holes from back of mirror. Held mirror up on wall, using a level, marked top of mirror and sides. Measured from the top line down the sides 3 3/4" and over approximately 3/4" for top side mounting holes. Tapped in wall anchors, zipped in the screws, hung on wall, plugged into outlet. All in all took about 20 minutes to mount by myself. Its that simple. Plan on hard wiring it to an existing light eventually.Am very impressed with this mirror. The low price made me think twice about purchasing. No defects means no regrets! Appears to be of quality construction. No idea how long the light or defogger will last. Hoping to get some years out of it. If not, I will be back to update review.I bought two of these for an updated bathroom. One brand new, and one Like New. The New one turns on with the wall switch, the Like New one must also be turned on on the mirror. So one lights up and the other does not. I'd like both to light up with the wall switch. Can I get some help from Bonnlo?Otherwise, simple to install and very good value.Positives: good design, simple elegant mirror, installation seems pretty straight forward. It comes with standard 2 pin outlet connection. If you have recessed outlet, install will be breeze.Negatives: it has a design flaw. You will not know if you turned defogger off and wasting electricity. While testing, I could not remember if I turned off defogger, went for installation to find mirror was pretty warm. My defogger was on and there was no way to know if it was on or off. I reached out to seller and got this response:"Sorry to make you confused,it's our design flaw,we'll update the button icon color in future.when you turn on/off the anti fog switch,you will hear a click from the button.or you can touch the mirror to feel the temperature to test if it's on or off,when you turn off the function,it will take about 1-2 minutes to cool down,we assume it's still ON when you feel warm after you assume it's off.could you please try it again? "I am adding extra 2 star for the excellent customer service. They have been in constant touch with me to resolve my issue. I would buy from them again just because of the customer service and support.The mirror is easy to mount and install either vertically or horizontally. It is not flush with the wall, but does not stick out much. There is the option of either directly wiring it or plugging it in. The dimmable light around the edge of the mirror is attractive and practical and can be adjusted and set to desired brightness to always turn on at the same brightness. The adjustable feature allows you to use it as a night light also, although the lighted off/on switch is sufficient as a dim night light.We had a problem with the first mirror we ordered, but were able to return it easily with a prepaid FEDEX label. I mis-ordered the replacement mirror (wrong size), but there was no problem returning it either. It's replacement has worked fine.One word of caution: keep the original packaging until you are sure you don't need to return it. That is a requirement for return as it would be very difficult to pack it so it would remain undamaged during shipping.I couldn't figure out the dimming function at first, but they were very responsive and helpful. Very nice mirror.Quality product and excellent price
