This is the 4th mirror I ordered and the only one that wasn't broken. The others were being sold by a different company... it was $20 more but worth it!I was super excited about this purchase! Instructions are very vague, but my fiance is pretty handy and figured it out. I received it, installed it and, then my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. I bought this because I was going to spend about the same amount of money on a light fixture and new mirror(s), it also had a dimmable mirror and bluetooth speakers.Couple of problems:1) As low as the high setting is, there is no need for it to be dimmable. It is so dim that I'm going to have to install another light for when I want full light. I learned, through the instruction book, that there is a mirror option that has warm and cool lights, which wasn't available on Amazon.2) The speakers are VERY LOW QUALITY! (Mainly treble)3) Isn't that big of a deal, but would have been nice to know that there was a switch that worked with the mirror. You have to purchase the switch separate...which I didn't know existed until I read the instructions. A regular switch will turn it on and off.Overall...don't waste your money, not worth it! Cool concept and there may be better products out there, but this one gets 2 really big thumbs down. I really want to return it, but I made such a big deal about it and made my fiance hang it, that I feel bad for making him take it down.Love the light on this. I didn't want one that was backlit and finally found one that isn't. Yes the bluetooth connection noise can be annoying but got this for the guest bathroom so that they can connect their phone to listen to music.I am still working on the bathroom but absolutely love the mirror. We tested the dimmable lighting, Bluetooth & lights on & off so far & all working perfectly. I wish so could make the music a little louder sometimes but that’s it. Very happy. Arrived on time & safely.I ordered the 55x28 first. I could see my face and my husband could see his head and chest. He is much taller. It's not large enough for our project. I returned it and purchased a 55x36. Brightens up the entire bathroom. Gorgeous.Packaged to perfection with no damage to either mirror. Quality is great and I highly recommend!Ordered 2 identical mirrors for two identical vanities for the same bathroom. Soon after install one of the mirrors lights started to go into twilight zone mode. Customer service promptly sent a replacement. The issue is the mirror that they sent was not the mirror I ordered and does not match the other mirror. The light is smaller, anti fog is bigger, mirror has more buttons and has wording on the mirror which suggest that it be mounted vertically. Customer service keeps telling me to use the wrong mirror that doesn’t match my bathroom.I just wish they could understand that this is the wrong mirror and I simply want what I paid for, not some random mirror off of the shelfWe love this mirror, and I especially like the anti fog featureIt takes a little getting used to because 6000k is fairly bright but because of the dim feature I am now in love with this lighted mirror. Quality appears decent. I would buy it again.It's really a great looking mirror, sleek and modern design and I think it's completely worth the price. I love the fact that you can easily mount it in a portrait or landscape orientation.And the customer service is fantastic, fast and efficient. We had a slight problem with the mirror, reported it to the company and withing 48 hours, they notified us that the replacement mirror is on it's way.It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would recommend their product without hesitation.I wasn't sure about this purchase. If could give them 10 ? I will do it. Cause the product quantity is awesome. Instalation super simple. Bluetooth speakers 2, nice and easy to pair. And the way how they wrap the product is actually where you see quality, no scratches no issues at all. Good job amazonit is big, it fairly easy to install, All reqd brackets and fasteners are provided, but no marottes for the electric connections, (just need two)Purchased because we wanted a mirror with bright light with dimmer switch, and anti-fog. After installation we discovered the light is not very bright, and there is no dimmer button incorporated into this model. Very disappointing.There are vague to no instructions for the bluetooth function. Must press "on" button to turn on the mirror light. Cannot wire it to turn on with wall switch...also disappointing.There are a few less expensive mirrors, but they didn't allow for you to connect to a light switch. This mirror looks beautiful and was easy to install. The mounting system is practically fool proof.
