This is a really cute unit, but didn’t receive all the parts to assemble the drawer. I contacted the company but never heard from them so the drawer is unusable. I hate to ask for a refund when all I really want is the parts to assemble the drawer. Beware if you buy this…if anything is wrong at all you could be out a couple hundred dollars. If not for this issue, we would love it!I didn’t have much space for the vanity I originally wanted. This arrived today. I put it to together with my husband. It’s not that difficult if you follow the directions. The screw driver that’s included is ok, but it’s better to get a Phillips for adjusting bolts and another screw driver that’s stronger.The drawer is bigger than expected- which I was hoping it was. The lights are bright. One bulb isn’t working- not the fixer, just the bulb.I love the compartments on the desktop for organizing stuff.I wish it would have included a stool for the price.Overall- I am happy.This product was ridiculous to put together. Firstly, the box arrived beat up. When I opened the box up it looked like the product was a return. Nothing was in plastic (as you would expect for a new item). When we started assembling the vanity, nothing was labeled. There are little inset “screw locks” that kept falling out of some and were stuck in others. Screw holes were not completely drilled so the screws were not able to go in all the way by hand (Note: you may want to have a power screwdriver on hand). The lights arrived a week later & only after I emailed the company MULTIPLE times. When the package did finally arrive, it was crushed and damaged. One of the light rings and 2 of the bulbs were damaged. I emailed the company AGAIN with photos and it took another week to get a new package (this time it arrived in perfect condition!!). Now FINALLY the vanity is assembled and able to be used. It is somewhat sturdy- as I won’t be moving it. The mirror is clear. And the lights are good- would be nice if there were different settings. I like the vanity but I don’t feel that it is worth a $200 price tag though. I expected better quality for the price.just unboxed my vanity and the instructions are missing, if anyone can send a picture that would be helpful!Arrived in a 2 boxes as noted. There was savage to one of the tracks for the drawer in shipping which I photographed And they quickly sent me the part to replace. A small screwdriver tool is included. You do need two people in the beginning to hold the pieces together but fairly clear directions. Yes, one bulb is out but it was dropped and because items are sitting right by it, my daughter doesn’t care. Looks great, using lots- very happy with the purchase and customer service!Although this specific vanity table by Tribesigns did not have a lot of reviews, I went ahead and ordered it and I am very pleased! My only gripe is that the bottom edge of one of the pieces was chipped, but, luckily you cannot see it after the table is assembled.The pluses to this piece are 1. The assembly time! I did it all on my own in under an hour 2. The instruction manual was user-friendly/the pieces were labeled by number/ a small screwdriver came with the hardware 3. The pullout drawer is great for storage 4. The lights are very bright but not blinding 5. The upper and lower ledges for more surface area and organization 6. Shipping took less time than the anticipated date 7. Good bang for your buck!looks good and easy to put together, just wish it had a pull for the drawer instead of the block. could use glue on all the dowels which mighy make it more sturdy. Its like the sun with all the led's in it but hey she needs to see how bad she looks right?
