Just renovated my bathroom and that mirror gave it a whole new feel!It is a bathroom mirror. Lighting is very bright and dosen't fog easily.I love this mirror! I purchased a few weeks ago but got it up in my bathroom installed this week. I am very pleased!We love this mirror - the all around like is soft & bright ?This mirror worked perfect for a my bathroom remodel. The mirror is good sized and clear (no distortion). I noted that it was easy to install, but I had the contractors hardwire it as part of the remodel. It looks really nice and isn't bulky. The light is not a primary light sources but is perfect for ambient lighting or enhancing the lighting in the mirror. I would buy it again.This mirror is really nice and neat. First time using touch screen power button on the mirror. It works good. Only bad part was that the light wasn't as bright as I hoped it would. But still, I love it.Here is the bad first- it was a nightmare receiving and installing. The first one came broken (and I was unaware). I advise you to peek under the plastic edges before installing, b/c my corner was chipped off. I didn't know until it was installed and we removed the protective plastic (which they advise to keep on until after installation). Needless to say, getting it down was a hassle. Bigger issue getting it returned b/c it's very heavy and I'm a petite woman- so getting it to UPS was an awful challenge. Plus I threw away the packaging so I had to buy a $47 box to ship it back :( And over a week later, I am still waiting for a refund. Also, it comes with a plug that you have to attach your self. This plug protrudes from the wall about 1.5" (and even with a recessed outlet). My contractor had to search all over Orange County to find a plug that is not as deep so the mirror will lie flush to the wall.The good- I ordered a new one. It came intact and it is installed and it's beautiful. Despite the headache with the aforementioned, I really like the mirror now that it is up and working. I would recommend, as long as you check it out thoroughly before installing to prevent my mistake.**EDIT** read the below original review to understand my edit.I now give the product 5 stars for 2 reasons:1- they have fixed the issue of program memory. meaning that if you had the light on and the defrost on when you hit the wall switch, next time you walk in the bathroom, the wall switch WIL turn light and defrost back on (previous version did not. 2 buttons process)2- their customer service have gone above and beyond what my expectations were! they have reached out and made me aware that, at the time I placed my order, although the new version (memory function) was for sale, some of the old versions were still floating around Amazon warehouses.they offered me the option of a partial discount (due to missing function), or a brand new parcel. I went with the latter. the shipment was incredibly fast, and i am please to announce that my contractor was finally able to swing by and instal it (no professional installation needed, but since it was part of my house remodel, I'd rather not get my hands dirty if I don't have to :) )furthermore, the support has taken into account my criticism with the position of the mounting holes, and he is going to talk to their design team. GOOD JOB on listening to constructive criticism.overall I'd highly recommend the product both for look and functionality, and for the customer support that stands behind their products.(sorry for the lengthy review)**ORIGINAL**it is a great looking mirror and it'll make any bathroom look 10x better, as long as the wall that it is hanging from, is smooth or tiled. Otherwise, it'll show EVERY SINGLE imperfection. so much so, that we had to tile our bathroom wall to fix the issue (it would have probably have been cheaper to get a different mirror, but we were on the fence about tile to begin with, and this just finalized our decision).2 big draw backs to justify the 3 stars:1- the mirror does not have the on/off memory function. meaning, that even if it is hard wired like ours, toggling the bathroom switch, DOES NOT turn the mirror light on. you still have to press the touchpad on the mirror.we have 3 more lighted mirrors of 2 different brands in other bathrooms, and they have this function.2- the holes for hanging are WAAAYYY too close to the edge, so the hole on the tile is visible from the side (and I know the tile person was excellent as it did a lot of work throughout the house).overall I like the look of the mirror and I am sure to some these drawbacks are not such.The power cable is too short. So short that it's not to get to electric outlet if it's not behind the mirrorAdding 1 metre to the cable would save money and time for buyingextension cableThe LEDs frame around the mirror is not glued well.When none of the buttons is ON you can hear electrical noise from the mirror.Would expect better quality for the priceAlright, yes it's a nice mirror with a back light and a slow defrost, but it's not woth the money. Anywhere you can find a nice "24" x "36" mirror for low cost and just add the lights in the back for 20-40$. The light bought seperatly will even come with more ambiant options and you can find some on amazone easy (the one with the mirror are cheap plastic). If you're still interested to buy this, don't forget to consider that the mirror needs to be plugged in and the wires are very short... maybe 30 cm.If you don't mind the money I'm sure you can find other mirror online with a inside-side/front light with other collor options with no need to plug the whole thing.Purchased the 72" mirror and must say I'm pleasantly surprised.The box was a little damaged, but mirror in perfect condition. It gave our washroom that WOW factor.Back light isn't enough light on its own, you would need another source as well (potlights in our case).strongly recommendedNot a bad bang for your buck mirror, only issue as you can see in the pic, only a small rectangle in the middle is clear after a shower. In the products defense, it all clears up after 10 min or so. I would still recommend it, just assumed it would all be clear after a hot shower.The packaging of the mirror is well-made that protects the mirror from damage. The wiring is a little bit short if you plan to just plug it in an electrical outlet but more than long enough if you have the electrical prepared right behind the mirror which is what I did.The mirror is just too pricey as you can find cheaper ones with additional feature such as clock.
